Default Power Brakes: Is the Level of assist Adjustable?

Hello All,

I have a '98 GT Convertible.

Compared to my other vehicles; the 'Stang seems to need a lot of pressure on the brake pedal in relation to the amount of braking that occurs.

The brakes work OK I guess...no pulling or pulsating...

I thought I'd bleed the brakes to see if any increase of efficiency occurs but; I was wondering if there is any provision in the system to adjust the amount of power assist.

I used to be rather saavy with my cars back a few years...but I don't keep up with all the new systems that are in today's cars; hence the question to those who know more than I do...

Thanks for reading...
