RWHP Estimate

I hate these threads, but, I am gonna start one anyway. If I add an SLP Catted X Pipe, what do you think I am putting down to the tires with my mods?

I would say about 260 - 265 rwhp. Any input?

I'd say you're right in the 255-265rwhp range if it's running right.

I would have to go 250-255 range and about 290tq

that would put you around 290 to the flywheel

so I dont see the mods you have adding anymore then 35hp to the cars already 260

the cat back will add almost nothing but sound maybe 5hp

OK, that sounds about right, Every car is different too. I am hoping that the X Pipe will open her up a bit.

Also, looking real close at juice again. NX Ford EFI.

I hate these threads too .... that's why I wait for the dyno sheet. :D

Like you said every car is different.

Not to be a negative nellie, but there is no way just an x-pipe back is going to give 35 hp. Lucky if you see 12 to 15. Heck on a stock GT with a full exhaust, headers all the way back 35 hp, is really pushing it in my humble opinion. Only way to tell is take it to the track before the upgrade and then after. If you've got more mph after then you got more hp out of it, just use the calculator then.

no one said 35hp from the x-pipe

but 35 fwhp from all his mods
is possible

I have seen a bone stock 01GT pick up 12hp and 10 tq from just dyno tuning with a sct chip and I have seen a mach 1 pick up 15hp and 12 tq from just dyno tuning and that was to the wheels

so the gains would be closer to 15hp to the flywheel (GT)
and over 20 (mach)

Yeah, I think he just misunderstood the question. I am hoping for about 260 with the X-Pipe and all other mods I have. I am gonna put in on a dyno in Sept when the weather cools down I little an I have the X Pipe installed.
