Clutch problems Help ASAP

Hey there, got a 2000 GT i got the factory clutch with a centerforce T/0 bearing, well the car drives fine when cold, but when it warms up i notice a vibration when taking off in first, then the other thing i noticed was when i shift hard, it'll grind and it hard getting it into gear, kinda feels like a T-56 with straight cut syncronizers, but its not normal. i was thinking it could be the cable having too much slack but i could be wrong, please any input would be greatly appreciated. BTW i got a hurst short throw in it now.

i pertty sure your problem with the grind going in to gear is your syncros my t 5 on my 95 did the same thing, its not when you shift easy but fast right so i think your syncs are gone, i'm having a local shop do mine right now, but if you think its your clutch cable throw a adjustable one on there, then with the vibration i think it may be your flywheel did you get it turned when you replaced your clutch?
