Smog Rules
 

Just purchased a 96 Cobra and this is all new to me. I want to modify as much as possible to increase HP & T, to just plan go fast...er. Apart from smog testing at every mod are there any general rules to follow or any absolute smog breakers to stay away from?

I enjoy the ride in California not the rules.
