ok you may, or may not know this, if you do just chuckle, i was changeing my fluid & filter today, dropped the pan , there was a plastic mushroom looking part in the bottom of the pan.:eek: i started looking everwhere to see where it came from, it had a o-ring on it, , i went to theparts store for a filter & fluid, the guy saw me with this plastic thing in my hand, he said - i bet your wondering where that came from? i said yes do you know what it is? he laughed & said yes , the first new tranny i re-built i thought i had broke something, i said well is something wrong with my tranny, he said no, at the factory they stuff that in the bottom of the dipstick tube, when they put the stick in it knock's it to the bottom of the pan, omg was i happy, then i started laughing, so if you run into this, thats the deal on it. :rolleyes: :D :D :D
