Free Speed
 

So I'm looking for ways to make the old 97 get out of the hole and down the 1320 better. Don't have time to buy anything, so I'm looking for "Free Speed"

Got any ideas?

BTW, I'm running another member who just bought a car that's faster, but he's a track virgin. So I'm hoping my experince will couter his extra hp. And I need help.

take off ur rear spoiler, drop the spare, inflate ur front tires as much as they will allow, and if ur running street tires drop them to 15 psi.....also take of the front sway bar.......on more thing u can do is ice ur intake be sure you put a towl over the box and lay a bag of ice on it for about 15 minutes....and oh yeah, launch at 2k rpm and feather the clutch

Well, I ran on Saturday and the guy is having issues with his Fox, so I went solo. I ran 14.9 with my sway bars and a 2.4 60' I figure the car has at least a 14.7 (if not less) in it with the stock 2.73's. I didn't think I would see 14's without gears, but I guess the car was running extra good or something. I'll post a slip when I get them uploaded to my computer.
