Unhappy Prob with my '96

Ive got a 96 GT with mac offroad h-pipe and catback w/ mils, motorsport underdrive pulleys, manual fan switch w/ 180 deg Tstat, and air silencer removed...and lately in lower rpms i get a studder, kinda feeling like its missing...maybe timing, air, i dunno! i went to the track yesterday and when i started, my car studdered until it got to about 3000 rpms... and got a 15.3 instead of my regular 14.6/7's! maybe someone can help me...i just ordered new motorsport plugwires. Can anyone give me some suggestions?? any would be appreciated!
Thanks!
