Random question, please help.
 
Don't want to go into why, but I need to get the "Objects in mirror are closer than they appear" message off my sideview mirror. I tried scraping it off with a razor blade, but that didn't do anything. Any suggestions? Thanks.

SLW,

I believe the message is on the backside of the mirror. You may be able to take the mirrors out and block them out with a silver paint or buy aftermarket mirrors that don't have them. I've seen mirrors with the red directional lights built in them.
