REAR END/ CLUTCH PACK QUESTIONS??

I have a vibration at very slow speeds)under 20mph. It is MUCH more pronounced on right hand turns. As far as I can tell it is coming from the rear. I have an appointment to have the clutch packs on the posi replaced..

Is there any other part that may be causing a low speed vibration besides tires? It will cost me 200.00 so if it isn't the clutch packs, you get the idea.

TIA..

I had a similar problem with my '97 and it turned out to be the carrier bearings in the differential. I had them replaced when I had my gears installed. I have heard that is a pretty common problem with the 96-97s.

Just to make sure, Yesterday, I rotated all the tires and the vibration is gone or so minor for the most part. Well, from the rear anyway.. It certainly isn't there on turns anymore. I'm figuring a wheel to be out of balance etc.

I'm glad I switched them around though. Saved me a needless 200+ repair.
