The Right Speedo Gear...
I need a new speedo gear since I put 3.73's in stang. The b-day just passed so I have a few extra dollars to finally get the much needed gear.
Here's the question, I was looking at the steeda gear (if anybody knows another gear that will work for a cheaper price, plz let me know) and I'm a bit confused. I have a T-45 transmission, but steeda says that the same white-23 speedo gear calibrates the 3.55, 3.73, and 4.10 gear ratios. How's that? I would think that each ratio has its own gear, but according to steeda...i doesn't. Here's the site, and thanks in advance for any help. Hmmm...well, I'd give you guys the site...but... Go to www.steeda.com and type speedo in the search product list, and check out the recalibration gears. Thanks for the patience.
