sounds like a few phone calls to your local BBB, lawyer, and newspaper. here in mobile, one of the local tv news station has "channel 5 on your side with dave straker". you send him your complaint and generally, if its valid and newsworthy (which it certainly sounds like your is), he will track them down, put them on the news, and generally give alot of bad publicity, and will keep after them until its corrected.
