No, they do not. I had a similar prob when I went to install my White Gauges... It is caused by the spindle rubbing against the gauge face. The person b4 you prob put it on and didn't make sure the fit. Pull your gauges and check two things:

1). The spindle clearend left and right, this is the metal part that the needle sits on. Make sure it isn't touching the face.

2). The needle itself. Make sure it isn't pressed on too far, or it will rotate on the surface of the gauge face. This will cause it to stick in certain places.

Also, make sure that the face isn't in a bind, and that is doesn't lift off the surface of the gauge pod. This can also cause it to stick./
