Yes. I took that into account. My car(98 GT) only makes 199 RWHP with the mods as suggested by his and my posts.

Besides.... what's 10 more hp at the crank.... I don't think my car is faster for a mere 10 more hp..... BUT if I added a few more stickers and a huge wing - I would kick his a** ---
