Your effective spring rates in the stock locations are pretty similar to mine with the coilovers, so 4 in the front and 3 in the rear may work for you.
You may want to start with front and rears set on 3 and see if the car bounces when you go over bumps. If so, stiffen the front or rear until the bouncing stops, and you should be good to go.
With my tubular k-member and other lightening and stiffening mods to the front suspension, my car actually showed no sign of understeer like a stock Mustang does and would get snap oversteer in a hurry, so I had to stiffen the front up a little and get a stiffer sway bar to lessen this tendency.
Still has some oversteer the way I have it set up, but it is manageable and I figure a torque arm should balance it out.
