Best shift kit for 98 gt

What is the best shift kit you can buy for a 98 gt. I want it to catch the gears if possible. Also how are the kits installed in the cars. is it like the older models shift kits. In the valve body.

Go with TransGo, they make a lot of kit for mustangs.... my friend installed one on his stang, and loved it, shifts a lot firmer and if your on it in drive it will spin the tires going from first to second. If you shift it you'll get a lot more tire spin, it kind cool, makes it seem like you have a 5 speed....... also helps if you buy a converter, 2600 tp 3000 stall.....
