Post Underdrive pulley install

Ive got a quick question. I'm having trouble loosening the crank pulley nut. when trying to loosen the nut the other pulleys start to move. I then had my buddy use a wrench on the alternator nut adn go clockwise, while i went counter clockwise on the crank pulley nut trying to loosen it. yet the nut will nut budge. any help will be greatly appreciated.

thanks jon
