![]() My cousin just picked up a 1999 Corba for $10K because "the engine was blown". It isn't really blown, but it does make a noticable lifter tick or piston slapping sound from the front passenger side of the engine. The car runs strong, and the noise is most noticable under acceleration. Checked valve train and everything seemed to look good there. Any guesses??? We are thinking wrist pin, but that is only a guess. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
