Default March Performance Ram-Air Kit

I searched the forum for (March + Ram) and came up empty.

Does this kit work? Or is it a waste?

Can you use it with a K&N filter?

Thanks,

xto

Waste of time. No CAI or ram air does anything untill you are really moving anyway. If you want the engine bay to look good then get the chrome cold air kit. If you want performance save the cash and get a C&L maf that comes with the K&N and use the stock intake tube, It's ugly but it works.

Lots of people say that ram air thing sucks up too much water like when it rains or snows but my buddy said he never had that problem cause you have to go like 80 just to notice anything at all and when he goes over speed bumps it falls off it sucks.

i would have to say the march ram air is a good as mod you cant feel it at first but then go back to stock for a while then pt it back on and you WILL feel a difference! and have never had waerproblems with it? dont put it under your fender like it says put it in the passenger side fog light hole! but dont by the kit go to your local home improvement store and just buy something that resembles a scoop, 2 hose clamps and a tube of some sort that will save you 80 bucks but when you are in 3rd and you lck power it will give it to you my buddies gsx used to pull hard on me in 3rd well no more!!!! id get it but id make it my self

I had a March RamWater CAI Kit...

It was very good at sucking in over 1.5 gallons of water into my engine and destroying my #8 piston, cracking the crank, and putting a hole through the block.
