				 |  For the people who have no way to bump timing is this a good buy??? They have no many of these "chips" on ebay I'm sure everyone seen them  I think there BS but I do believe they bump timing I've been told so I dont really have a way to bump my timing on my own so all these chips worth it.  I hate all the headlines "20+ horsepower gain" SUCH CRAP, thanks  heres the chips click here
