![]() I've been looking for dress up items and things to do to the "BEAST" now that most of my HP desires have been met. I decided to try to polish the sorry looking Plenum and T/B. Here is a pic of the plenum that does not do it justice. It took about 4 hours to do with a dremel tool. I will post how if anyone cares to know. What do ya think? hope the pic inserts!

![]() That looks nice...I did the same thing a few years ago with an Edelbrock intake I was putting on my old Grand Prix...took the Dremel route...about a month later, it was done! Way too many little corners and nooks on that thing!

![]() What attachments did you use to polish the intake (on the 4.6 intake)? Did you use any chemicals?

![]() You should port and polish the inside of the plenum now. I did that a few weeks a go to mine, it was pretty fun, dyno test show 4.9 HP and 11 torque if I remember right. I used my dremel, make sure that you get ride of the bead on the top side that is what gets ride of the turbulence, make sure you where a mask though, I didn't, and I was coughing up silver mucous for a few days. I think I will pull my plenum off a gain and polish the outside. That looks nice. MAybe I should do that to my procharger too.
