				 | thinkin about gettin slicks Me and 4.6litreGT are both looking at buying a set of slicks so we can try to get closer and closer to the 12's. My question is will my stock T-45 and his 3650 be ok if we put slicks on?

				 | im almost positive that the transmission will handle it because my car doesnt make much more than 300 hp at the flywheel, my main concern is the the rear-end and clutch should i be upgrading axles and t-lock to 31 spline first? and are slicks ok to go on a 17 in wheel? or should i just be looking for some nice drag radials? the wheels are stock bullits.

				 | when it comes to the mustang rearend its a hit and miss deal you might break on the 1st pass or on the 50th pass I would upgrade to the 31 spline setup if your going to be using any sticky tires and that is slicks or drag radials as for you clutch if it is in good shape it shouldbe fine a while
