clutch problem
i get in my car and start it. All of a sudden i hear this hi-pitched whine as soon as it starts. I let the clutch all the way out in neutral and it stops. but every once inawhile i hear it again. As soon as i have to shift i hear it again. It sounds really bad like something is scraping. my owners manual says not to add trans fluid. It's an 02
GT. Oh yeah i think i should mention that prior to this happening before i heard the whining i would hear a whoosing sound like air was escaping somewhere. Anybody know what is happening and more importantly what it will cost to fix? Other than the sound there are no problems shifting and the gears aren't slipping. Coy

No clue what the problem is, but you might want to check with your dealer. An '02 should still have it's warranty.
