4.10s! A scientific study...sort of
Hello guys & gals:
I just got the 4.10's today INSTALLED! First of all...THANKYOU for talking me out of the 3.73. I should have gotten 4.30's (hehehehe). Anyway, I could not resist. I got my g-meter out tonight and made some runs. I have before and after data. If you have 4.10's and you think your car is faster, well I have PROOF! I have made numerous runs with the car with the stock gears and have recorded peak g-forces in the first 4 gears. Then, tonight, I ran with the 4.10s. The difference is astonishing!!! 3.27's: 1st - 0.52 g's 2nd - 0.36 g's 3rd - 0.24 g's 4th - 0.15 g's 4.10's 1st - 0.63 g's 2nd - 0.47 g's 3rd - 0.36 g's 4th - 0.23 g's Seems to say it, doesn't it!!!! 1st gear goes by quick, though, but I like it.
