![]() Hello everyone. It's time for me to get a new car and I'm looking at the 2000 Mustang GT. Basically, I think it's a lot of car for the buck. I have some experience with Mustangs in the past, having owned a '69 Mustang Mach1 and an '84 SVO.
Basically, anyone have any complaints (no matter how big or small) about the 2000 GT? I have a 2000 dealer brochure on the Mustang and it does not list yellow paint as an option. However, I have seen a 2000 GT Conv. at a dealership with yellow paint. Not only that, but the yellow car and the silver one next to it had a different hood design. I think it's called the 35th aniversary hood. Basically, it's got a hood scoop (still fake) that is about 1/2" taller than usual. Can anyone clarify what the deal is? Is it an option, limited edition, etc.? Is yellow paint really an option or was that car probably custom ordered with yellow paint? Thanks! |
