Off-Road and Pulley Hp Diff on dyno
Well, I organized a dyno session over the weekend and the result was pretty good, but impressive by any stretch of the imagiation.
My 98 GT in a base form is about 191-192 at the wheel. Modest but not bad. With off-road exhaust and a set of pullies, it pulled 199.5 at the wheel. Torque also went up around 5 ft-lb. The curves look the same except it peaked a little higher. Not bad performance increase for $250. It sounds really good but 9hp really doesn't give me the SOTP feel, in my opinion.
