1/4 trap speed too slow?
Seems to me like the speed shold have been 102-103 MPH at 13.7 seconds. Mid to high 13s are repectable if it's a stock car, nice run.

Are you all stock?
If so, your mph is what a 5spd usually traps at, so I would be very happy. Your 60ft time is yet more proof that the stock Goodyears can hook at the track (many people claim they suck, but this is proof they don't.) I cut a 2.01 60ft time at 27 psi with a short burnout on the stock Goodyears. I ran my brothers stock 99 GT auto and went 14.2@97.5 mph. So your car is definately moving for an auto.

Those are some good times man. I think the gears are the reason why your Trap speeds are relatively lower with those Times. You must be come out of the hole hard to get those times. Good driven.
The LS-1 averages 13.5's here. One guy with a Non SS/WS-6 has ran a 12.8 with a 2000 Formula (The guys cool as hell, and knows his stuff). It has some supension and chassis mods though. All the others run in the mid 13's. I wanna see what I run. Most of my friends are curious to see what I run also. |
