Talking 95-98 neb mustang questions?!?!?!?!

First question:
Arent all mustangs from this year practicly the same body with diffrent style of bumper side skirts? But roughly the same?

Second question:
With first question in mind wouldnt that mean you could put any size tire and wheel you wanted on it and any type mustang engine in any of these cars. I have lx and want to put cobra engine in it. and basicly take the body i have strip it and put bigger wheels and everything on it.

After you finished lauging and making fun please answer my questions. Thanks. Isamu

You can pretty much mix and match all the parts from 96 - 98, body/interior wise. You will have to do MAJOR mods to use the cobra motor though. Unless you have a big budget, a big shop and major mechanical knowhow you would be better off just buying a 96-98 Cobra. You would be happier in the long run.
The cobra engine requires the cobra computer ,harness , transmission etc.. The bodies will except the motor and bigger wheels you mentioned but the engine change is costly $$$$$$

Its not worth stripping the LX and coverting it to V8 power unless you're building an all out race car. It will cost too much money and cause to many headaches to even try to justify the swap.
Surfbeast is right-on. Just buy a GT or Cobra, and then go from there.
