there's a great article in the current issue of 5.0 magazine
the input shaft for the 3.8 is wimpy compared to the 5.0 tranny. they don' tmake a pilot bearing to match up the pieces... the rear-end also is not going to last long with a 5.0 twisting on it, so you should look into an 8.8 differential. the motor mounts are different, computer is different, speedometer needs changing if you want it to read correctly...spring rates and sway bars differ, too...headers, full exhaust... everything pretty much bolts right in, though.
