The kit I got included springs, threaded acme sleeves with matching collars that you can adjust up and down for ride height, the spring perch for the top of the spring, and a bearing for the perch to allow the spring to turn freely with the spindle and strut.
When you change to coilovers in front you really need to get an appropriate caster camber plate too since they are now bearing the entire weight of the front of the car. I would recommend Griggs Racing or Maximum Motorsports plates - I know the MM ones bolt to the tower in 4 places instead of 3 like most of the others. A strut tower bar is highly recommended also if you don't already have one.
