you can chirp an auto too...

just take off in "1", run it all the way to right before the yellow on your tach (depends on your own car), then push up into "2"....if you have the traction control off or its raining, youll slide...hehe...but i've only done that a handful of times cuz on the stock trannies its not all that good for it..lol

but if you have a modified auto (like my dad's 90GT), you can easily do a "1-2-1" combo and spin the tires from the jump back to "1" from "2"....also makes you take off in that (almost) stock car a helluva lot faster then letting OD shift....*grin*

still....not too good for the autos to be doing either really...lol...and i dont think that my car takes off any faster from "1" than from OD....but its fun...hehe
