any point in getting a chip with maf
is there any point in getting a chip on a 98 when i already have the c&l maf? i mean the c&l changes the fuel curve am i right?doesnt the chip also do this but bump up the timing in addition? i was just curious if it would make since to get one...

I installed a hypertech stage II in my '98'gt ...wasted $$$$...the only good things were the top speed eliminator/rev-limiter changes. although, it hasn't run right since then. Once the package is opened it's yours. Whether you get a bad one or not. I didn't notice if you have replaced the injectors. If you do, make sure they match the MAF.
