2V to 4V headswap
Lets just say I was lucky enough to come across a set of 01 cobra heads. The big thing is, what other parts, other than intake stuff, will I need to make these heads work?

You mean other than, intake, headers, computer, ignition, wires, MAF?
Um, maybe a new trans.

U really think the Trans? I can see it putting out that much more power to require a trans. Actually, I was asking more along the lines of like the crankshaft, and other internal parts. The externals are a given. All in all, its porbably not worth the $ for the gain. Or is it?

No crank, since the displacement is the same.
The trans is weak, if you run slicks it may go at the track.

I dont think it would be worth the gain. For the time effort and money you would put into a head swap you could damn near go with a power adder.

Not worth it. Many people before have had the same idea, but since figured that its not a wise investment of time, money, or other resources.
