The mass air meter needs to calibrated for use with whatever size injectors you decide to use. You can also find out some information here about the calibration process.
http://www.pro-flow.com/tech%20info/calprocess.htm

I also found some good information at this site regarding the C&L meters.

Hope this helps.

C&L units use different sized sample tubes to match the injector size. They do not need to be calibrated...

The C&L sample tubes are color calibrated...

If the guy you bought it from said he used the wrong sized tube for his injectors with no problems, I would have trouble believing him.

If the color code is right for your injectors, you most likely have a bum unit....

It looks brand new but wouldnt it make sense to use the sample tube thats the same size as the one in the stock maf? Also could it be that C&L intake tube cause the vaccums from the driver side valve cover and intake manifold really doesnt match up good if anyone knows what it looks like but i'm gonna mess around with it tomorrow so any more help would be great and the guy was an ******* and touched up the color on the sample tubes i.e there all off, he marked purple as 30 and its not so there all here but the colors are off so i'm gonna use the smallest one since i have stock 19, thanks
