You can do what ever you want form the manifolds back to the exhaust is what I was told and still have warranty.

Things to be careful of are the stock throw out bearings are awful I had to change mine out at 7000 miles that wasnt covered by warranty. 2 of my friends had to change theres too.

MY a/c compressor has went out 3 times and my car only has 13 thousand miles on it. They say the compressor clutch cant handle 7 thousand rpm's ......Thankfully that was covered by warranty.

Get 4.10 or 4.30 gears 1st. That might be all the performance you need
