What should my timing be set to

I just got done putting on steeda's T/A and I was wondering what should my setting should be for the best perf. My mods are 4.10 gears, o/r-H, borla ex.,steeda pulley's & T/A. I have it set at 14 but I really don't feel that much of a gain. Any suggestions???

Start with a base of 14*.
