I drove mine around for along time and did not know that it was craxked. It was a very small crack.The only way I found that it wsa cracked was because I was looking for another problem I was having. You should be okay but I would definitly get it fixed, You should go with a upgrade. I went with the ford motorsport intake I am very happy.
