No oil pressure, at least thats what the gauge says
When I got in my car today I noticed something strange when I started it. The oil pressure gauge did not move at all. Now I know that the sending units on these things are a little flaky, but it still scared me anyways. Especially since Ive been hearing a slight squealing noise when I start it up when it's cold. But I think thats the power steering pump. But anyway does anyone know where the Oil Pressure sending units are on these cars?? I want to see if the connection is good or possibly change it. Hopefully thats the problem and my oil pump is still pumping good and not killing my motor. Thanks in Advance!!!!!

From my recollection, the oil level sensor is on the oil pan itself...should be close to the bell housing of the transmission, mine is on the right passenger's side. I'm not sure if this sensor replaces the solenoid's purpose. If there is one, I would look close to the rear of the block near the intake manifold galley...Just a thought
