99+ Model changes

Are there any changes through the 99-2003 model Mustang GT?

I know in the 2001 model there was a new transmission. But are there any more changes?

99-00
01-04 they have a diff wing

not many changes I know the 01+ has a little more compression like .03 more or something like that

Also, hood scoop on '01+ and I believe they also have an 85mm MAF meter as opposed to 80mm on the '99-'00.

the rims are not diff they had those as a option in 99-00 as well

and headlights are diff but there just smoked
