borla or magnaflow

which do you guys think performs better and sounds better. Magnaflow magnapacks or a borla catback exhaust? I was considering a magnaflow magnapack system because I have heard one on a 96 and it sounds awsome. But my friend can get me a deal on a borla exhaust but I have only heard them on the internet not in person.

Borlas sound really wicked with an X pipe. I am sure there are different models available but Borlas with stock H pipe are quiet. I haven't heard Magnapacks.

thanks for the response I think when I get the money I am going to get the magnapacks with a bbk h-pipe with cats to get a nice deep tone.
