what should a manual 2002 gt w/ off rd x run? i heard they were lighter than the 00's for some reason

depends GT, most of the time exhaust mods dont really do diddly. What time were you running before? my 02 has run a best of 14 flat

Like he said, it depends. There was a guy on here by the name of Lizardking that ran a bone stock 99 GT to a 13.6. It depends on how well you drive, available traction, weather conditions, etc.....but I would expect about 14.5-13.8.....depending on your driving skills.
