Default 96-98 cobra motor in 96 gt

Ok after all my crazy idea's to make my car a beast this is the one that I have come up with that is very logical and should be farly easy. Get a 96-98 cobra motor. Bore it out and port/polish and mill the heads. And upgrade everything. Then all I should need is a wiring harness.

Is this right or is there anything else I would need to upgrade on my gt. I already know I need the intake and everything that comes with a cobra, but will I need to replace my radiator or anythihng? Has anyone attempted this or done the swap or what.
