Default 01 stage 3 roush

is it worth it to get an a/c delete for my roush? stage 3 so its supercharged, there shouldn't be an issues to get the gt kit correct? besides the few pounds it saves, any power freed up? thanks for any info

Don't hold me to this but I believe the GT kit would work... I'm pretty sure it's the same configuration, but I'd call up somewhere and check. Besides from the weight it'll free up some belt tension... less work for the pulleys, but as far as numbers go I'm not sure... I've seen some advertise for 5-15 hp, but I have no dyno numbers to show for it.

thanks for the info .. i kind of thought that it would work becuase its only a gt engine with a supercharger slapped on top, i just wasn't sure if there would be any issues with the SC. also, do you know if roush kept the same factory clutchs in the stage 3's? im a little leery of the factory clutch staying in the roush with all the extra power. if so im going to replace it, any suggestions, issues? thanks again

I'm not too sure. I think they did, just for the Factory warranty and what not. I would see about going with a SPEC stage 2 or something. Anything to hold the power. Ok, well, not anything....Don't get a FRPP King Cobra

May you burn in hell whoever took it. Dumbazz didn't even get the good engine that was in the garage.
