03/04 cobra motor out of 99/01

Hey guys I'm looking into putting a 03/04 cobra motor in my 00 Gt. To get a good motor you have to spend a fortune. Thats why I was wondering how difficult it would be to slap the upper and lower intake with supercharger on the 99/01 motor. Or if this is even possible. If not should I just build a 2v 4.6 for my car and be happy running twelves. Which ever you guys think is easiest and less expensive.

Different heads with different port patterns. Won't fit. Plus there's other things that have to be done liek computer swap, intercooler, etc. The 03/04 Cobra motor is a nice piece and the swap can be done. Look around on the internet, there are swap pages that will show you what all needs to be done.
