Default 2006 gt full length headers

got them from stainless works 1 3/4 full length headers with high flow cats and o2 extended wires pre and post was ordered,
got headers and an off road x pipe and missing 1 set of o2 wires for post and no bunges for the post 02's not happy!! a speed shop put them on and said they could tune it with out cats and hard wire the post 02's= more money I told him no way get the cats!
what I'd like to know is will the mil light still go on with the high flow cats or will I still need a tune? thx.
