Post Compression test...

Can you do it on a 5 speed with the transmission out?

I've gotta haul the trans out and get it rebuilt, so I figured while it was up on jackstands for a while, I'd put my springs, struts/shocks, C/C plates etc. on and also do a compression test while I was at it.
