Question I have a '98 Stang and I.............

want to know if I could drop a 5.0 GT-40 engine in my '98? Will it be too big?
My alternative would be to drop a 4.6 DOHC SVT in, but I can not find any engines.

Do any of you know where I can get a 4.6 DOHC SVT engine (junkyard, shop, etc.) ??
AND/OR
Will a 5.0 GT-40 fit in my '98 Stang ??

Please get me our of my V6 and into a V8!

The FRPP catalog has the DOHC, for about $6Gs. I don't have the new one yet, so mine doesn't have the '99 engine. Considering the problems I would guess that the new ones don't either.

The 5.0 will fit fine, but you'll have to replace pretty much everything.
