nos jets????????

What gives I have talked to NOS about jet sizes they say an 80hp shot is 42/59 and a 100 shot is 47/53 they said if I didn't have the fuel pump not to run the 125 shot I read earlier that a 75 shot was 49/52.What gives this is making me want to take the kit off and put it on my lawnmower. Any help would be thankful!!!!

if you can beleive the idiots at nos i beleive what they told you was true but i really recomend starting off small . i just burnt my number 8 piston on my 98 4.6 2 valve. one thing is for sure they tell you that stock timing is safe. this is false. you must get a custom burnt chip and pull back a little on your timing to be safe, also put a colder sparkplug in the picture hot plugs like the stock ones can also lead to detonation. i am now droping in a new motor which will have a vortech good riddens to nos. good luck on your system it gave me a hell of alot of power 13second ets. but it was very short lived. i have tanks solenoids and fuel pump , lines and everything for sale.

Thanks for the info this kit is kind of throwed together it was a wet kit converted to dry but I sent how I had it setup to NOS and they said it should be fine.How much do you want for all of your NOS stuff.I'am not scared to play with it because if I blow the motor it will just give me a reason for a cobra short block.By the way where are you buyin your motor kit from SHM,Seeda,???
