Question 7 qt. oil pan

Anyone know where I can find a 7 qt. oil pan for the 96-up Cobras?

I believe i have seen one on steeda.com. Not sure if its for the newer stangs or older. Might have both. Why do you want a 7qt. anyway?

My car is far from heavily modified and I know I don't "need" one but I'm the type of person that believes a little extra $$ here and there is worth not paying for a new engine or engine parts in the end.

The Steeda Oil pan is only for the 5.0's. As far as I know they don't offer any oil pan's for the new cobra's. I've heard however, that the Cobra's engine is very solid. I think the only real option you might consider is one of those Ultra-Cool radiatiors from Steeda. They will keep you cool no matter how hard you run. I think that the cobras actually have a windage tray already installed (don't quote me on this I don't really know for sure). This means that they're set up for racing conditions, and as such don't need a larger oil pan.

My suggestion, skip the oil pan and go with the radiatior...

Wait a minute, cancel that last response.. If you go to readers rides and look at Beefcake's 99 Cobra. You'll see that he has a Kenny Brown Oil pan with a windage tray... You might want to ask him about it...
