I have Steeda's whole setup and it works very well. If you look on their website I think they have pictures. The Steeda and Eibach springs (also very good) both lower the car just about the same amount, so they probably aren't discernable as far as appearence. Both look very good.

You can get away w/o cc plates for a couple weeks, you'll just wear the inside of your front tires a little.
