I'd think about 3450lbs without driver. My car is 3250lbs empty. The 99-01's are 100lbs lighter then 96-98 coupes, then you add about 75-100lbs for a convertible auto.

Of course this doesn't take into account any additional stereo type stuff added to the car. Best thing to do is weight the car at Moroso since it's the closest track to you.

yeah i think ill way it at the track, some one told me to check the door jam on my car and the sticker on the door jam said 4,449lbs....so thats a hell of a lot more weight than i thought, they said that verts weighed almost 5 to six hundred pounds over weight and automatic weighed like 100 over manual. thanks for the reply.

Thanks.

The weight listed inside the door is not your total weight of the car. They weigh the front of the car and the rear of the car and total it. At most a convert might be 100-150lbs heavier but no where near 500-600lbs. Auto is about 30-50lbs heavier.

Hey 98: I have a '98 GT convertible and with me it weighed 3675, i weigh 125, so a total of 3550 would be the approximate weight.

Right now im hoping mine is down to 3200 or less cause i really gutted it. Good luck!!

PS dont email me back cause im gone for 2 weeks however my email is cincin126c@aol.com if you want to compare cars somewhat. Or check out my website in the meantime when you can - www.gocindy.com. =)
